Well, I have finished the Pairwise Ranking (PWR) of the Teams Under Consideration (TUC) and here is how it shakes out:

Now we have to pare this down to the 16 teams that will form the field for my imaginary, mythical FBS national playoff. As mentioned in earlier posts, with the NCAA running the show, all of the conference champions will be included in the field. Most of us probably think this sucketh mightily but that’s the way they do it in the other sports that have a playoff so I will follow suit.
