Well, it has been raining in Houston. It has been raining a lot too! Here is a shot from the online weather station down the street.
Some parts of town are reporting 15 inches of rain. We only got a bit over 5.
This is what I woke up to this morning. The area flooded worse than during Tropical Storm Allison in 2001.
At the high point the water was over the fire hydrant.
Lake Blake is nearly full. Honeyloo island is swamped.
