Well, here we are again with another senseless (useless redundancy, when did a mass shooting ever make sense?) mass shooting in the books. America? Are you there?
I don’t care which side of the aisle you are sitting on; it is clearly past time to get on the ball.
I am not necessarily in favor of adding gun laws willy nilly. The first and most important step is to improve the enforcement of the existing laws and improving the efficiency of monitoring the nuts out there that have access firearms. (Please take note that I am not calling all gun owners “nuts”. We know the difference between the nuts and the responsible folks out there.)
If press reports are anywhere near correct, both the Uvalde and Buffalo shooters gave off signs that should have caused alarm. Law enforcement needs to heed these alarms and take some action.
BTW: Stop calling these “weapons of war”. If you don’t know the difference, look it up. Google can be your friend.

Another nice rain here overnight. Yipee! It cooled off too. When I got up this morning it was a mere 65 degrees.
