Yesterday was such a nice day outside that I thought I would go for a walk and maybe take a few pictures.  Here are a few of the things that I saw:

Our New Landscaping

Our homer owner’s association worked out a deal for the utility district to pony up for some nice landscaping on West Road which passes by the entrances to all of the Winchester family of subdivisions.  Some of our tax money was put to good use.  Here is the entrance to Winchester Meadows:

Update on the Psychic

Back in August I wrote about the coolness of having a Psychic in the neighborhood.  Well, that didn’t last too long.  The psychic is gone.  But all is not lost, just two doors down we now have a Universal Human Body Energy of Holy Meditation Center!

All of this eclectic blend of business and residential uses is made possible by the city of Houston and surrounding Harris County having no zoning ordinances.  We are even fortunate enough to have this big honking pressure relief valve protecting us from the big evil gas pipeline.
